Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

VSJF Flexible Capital Fund, L3C is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe every visitor should be able to learn about our work and connect with our team.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. We believe this site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known exceptions are noted below. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve the site over time.

What We Do

Steps we take to keep the site accessible include:

  • Semantic HTML structure with a clear, single primary heading on each page
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls
  • Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA guidelines for body text
  • Responsive layouts that scale to mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports
  • Descriptive labels on social media and icon-only links

Known Limitations

Parts of our site include content hosted by third parties, such as press coverage on external news sites, social media platforms, and downloadable documents like the Capital Continuum PDF. These external resources may not meet the same accessibility standards as our own pages. A text summary of the Capital Continuum is available upon request. We are working to address these where we can, and we welcome reports of specific barriers you encounter.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please get in touch. We welcome your feedback and will make every reasonable effort to address the issue.
