Nestled in Vermont's Green Mountains, Bolton is a four-season resort operating on approximately 1,000 owned acres with an additional 1,200 leased acres. While historically known for skiing, the resort has diversified into year-round recreation, including an expanding mountain biking operation.
The Flex Fund invested $150,000 in equity financing to support the resort's growth and sustainability initiatives, helping them weather the challenges facing small ski areas while building a more resilient business model.
